Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trusted Service ("the Platform"), operated by PAP CONSULTING FZ LLE (License No. 20034/2025), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Description of Service

Trusted Service provides an online marketplace connecting service seekers with verified service providers across the United Arab Emirates. The Platform facilitates connections between users and service providers but does not directly provide the services advertised.

We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual provision of services by third-party providers.

3. User Obligations

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations

4. Service Provider Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify service providers' credentials, licenses, and insurance, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any service provider.

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings and payments are made directly between users and service providers. Trusted Service does not process payments or hold funds. You are responsible for:

• Agreeing on pricing and payment terms with the service provider
• Ensuring payment is made as agreed
• Resolving any payment disputes directly with the service provider

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual service providers. Trusted Service is not responsible for enforcing these policies or processing refunds. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the service provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Trusted Service and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of service providers
• Quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• Disputes between users and service providers

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Trusted Service or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
